I think this is a perfect example of how the different levels of self-awareness can help us to become more aware of what we’ve become aware of.

The point I was trying to make is that even if you are aware that you are in a time loop, you may be unaware of that fact. Self awareness is a way to help you become aware of these things.
My other point is that I am not a self-aware person and my main goal is to stay on autopilot. If you are not on autopilot then you may have difficulty getting a job, or something important that you need to get with the company.
This is a good reminder that I am not on autopilot. I am not a self-aware person and I don’t need to be on autopilot too much. I don’t need to be on autopilot to know I am on autopilot.
Not sure what you mean by autopilot. If I wanted to do that I would just go to the “help me get work done” page instead of the “help me get a job” page. I know I would probably get the wrong job, but I’d be more than happy to get the job for myself. I just need to be on autopilot and know I am on autopilot to be on autopilot.

Autopilot is not a synonym for self awareness. Self awareness is a synonym for meta-awareness. A person who is aware of their own habits, routines, impulses and reactions is always aware of themselves. Autopilot is a synonym for self-awareness, but a person who doesn’t know they are on autopilot is still on autopilot.
Autopilot is one of the most important parts of not being a person. Without the ability to change things in our lives, we become that person (and that person is on autopilot). However, the first time we realize we have no choice but to be that person, we are on autopilot. Without this awareness of our patterns of behavior, it makes it difficult to change our lives.
